The longer you wait, the more opportunities you could be missing. That could mean that your campaign is not as successful as it could have been (and not because your online marketing company didn’t do their job).
If you expect prompt responses, then be prepared to give them as well. Email is a quicker form of communication, so it should take no more than 24 to 48 hours to respond. A phone response should be made in approximately the same time frame. If you will be unavailable on certain days, make sure your online marketing company knows this up front. Also make sure you are aware of your online marketing company’s business hours so you know when you can get in touch with them.
